Built for real conditions

A driver app is used standing up, often in poor light, sometimes in rain, always under time pressure. That shapes the design more than any feature list: large touch targets, a short path through each stop, and no screen that blocks the driver because a server did not answer.

Offline handling matters most. When the app cannot reach the network it keeps accepting work and queues the result, then reconciles on reconnect. The driver is never stuck, and the office never loses a delivery record because of a dead spot.

Where it fits
